How it works

2. A member follows it
They land on a page that says your gym sent them, at the ordinary price.
3. They join
You are credited the moment they pay, and every month after for 24 months.
4. You get a statement
Every line shows what they paid, your share, and where it did not earn, the reason in words.
Where this actually stands today
SPOTTER has not opened its doors yet. There is no checkout, so nobody has earned a cent through this channel and you will not either until we launch. What you are reserving now is your gym’s link and your rate — 20% for 24 months per athlete — locked from the day the doors open. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you find out.
At first the coaching is run by hand by Geoffrey himself, so the first members through get more attention, not less.
The questions a gym owner actually asks
What if two gyms send us the same person?
First touch wins, and it is written once. The moment a member signs up through your link, that attribution is recorded and it cannot be moved. Somebody arriving later through another gym’s link does not take them off you. That is not a policy we promise to honour — it is how the code is built, because a system that let a second link overwrite the first is the obvious way this gets gamed.
What if you change the rate later?
Your rate is frozen onto each athlete the day they join. If we ever change the standing rate, it applies to people who sign up after that — never to anybody already attributed to you. What was agreed when they joined is what gets paid for their whole 24 months.
When does the 24 months start?
At sign-up, not at first payment. It is the date we can both see, it cannot be stretched by delaying a checkout, and a free trial does not quietly extend it. Each athlete carries their own clock — the term is per athlete, not a countdown on your gym.
What if a member cancels or asks for a refund?
You earn on what they actually pay, month by month, so if they stop paying the commission stops with it. A refund is deducted from that month’s statement — we do not pay out on money that came back. Your statement shows every line and its working, so it is checkable rather than something you take on trust.
Which plans earn?
Every paid tier. There is no “qualifying plan” small print and no tier that quietly pays nothing. The share is worked out by truncating, never rounding up — 20% of $129.99 pays $25.99, not $26.00. The house does not round in its own favour.
What do we actually have to do?

What if we want to stop?
Then you stop, and the athletes you already sent keep earning for you through the rest of their 24 months. The deal was struck when they joined. Ending the arrangement stops new members being attributed to you — it does not cancel money you have already earned.
So when do we get paid?
Not yet, and this is the honest part. There is no checkout. Nobody has earned anything through this channel and neither will you until we open. What you reserve now is your link and your rate. We would rather say that plainly than have you discover it later.
